As a Service Leader - Public Area, we rely on you to
* To have complete knowledge of the Shangri-La's standards operating policies and procedures;
* To have complete knowledge of the Shangri-La's experiences and Group specifications;
* Inspects all public areas and back of house areas daily;
* Ensures that all tasks are completed on time and in accordance with standards。
* Ensures public area attendants' work assignments are completed.
We are looking for someone who:
* 2 year experience in a similar capacity
* Guest relations to host International tourist, Speaks and writes English well
* Warm and friendly personality
* Good communication skills
* Good organizational skills
* Creative and open-minded
