To be fully responsible for the supervision and coordination of various activities related to the Chinese restaurant. To guide the preparation and service of the staff, coordinate with the kitchen to prepare the specials and recommendations for the day or month. Complete the job and other work assigned by the superior.
要全面负责监督、协调有关中餐厅的各种活动。指导员工的准备、服务工作,与厨房协调好当日或每月的特色菜及推荐菜。完成好本职工作及完成上级布置的其它工作。
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES岗位主要工作职责
Administration
行政职责:
· Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks for reference.
记录并保存销售额,客人的投拆、解决办法及所涉及的人员和设备方面的细节,以备查寻。
· Participates in daily briefings and monthly communication meetings to discuss various aspects of food service and preparation.
参加当日的晨会和每月的交流会议,总结、讨论服务及工作的准备情况。
Training and Human Resources
培训和人事责任:
· Trains personnel ding to established procedures; conducts orientation of all new employees and ongoing training of all staff.
尽快使新员工熟悉饭店,并对员工进行培训有关饭店规章制度。
· Ensure grooming and general appearance of staff conforms to Hotel standards
确保员工保持良好的仪容仪表。
· Makes frequent suggestions to Management in reference to restaurant general operation and F&B promotion.
向领导提出建议,以提高工作效率,达到增加销售的目的。
· Establishes effective employee relations maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees.
建立良好的人事关系,在工作中树立良好的工作形象,给饭店的客人、客户、部门经理和员工以专业化及热情服务的美好印象。
· Ensure wherever possible that employees are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimization.
·确保无论何时都应提供给员工们一个没有歧视、骚扰和迫害的工作环境。
· Treat complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially.
·快速和保密地处理有关骚扰和歧视的投诉。
· Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.
·对待来自不同文化背景的客人和同事都应给予尊重和体贴。
· Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.
·辨认并处理可能由不同文化引起的矛盾和误解事件。
Professional Technical Responsibilities

· Effective communication skills in both Chinese & English.

· Strong guest interaction and interpersonal skill.

· Possess leadership quality and supervisory skills, independent, committed and well-organized.

· Be good at training and develop the team members.

· Be familiar with guest experience management, be able to understand and use service management tools.
熟知宾客体验管理、能够理解并运用国际品牌服务管理工具。
· Be expert of Office Software.
熟练操作办公软件。
· More than 2years F&B Chinese management experience.
中餐相关管理工作两年及以上经验

· All staffs are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.

· All staffs may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
当涉及到商业层面时员工须签署酒店内相关其他责任。
General Duties:

· Abide by Hotel’s and Department’s policy & procedure.

· Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor

Health and Safety

· Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified
确保所有潜在的和实际的危险是被立即报告和纠正的。
· Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency procedures
熟悉各个部门的消防、紧急事件的处理程序。
· Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and Staffs
为了客人们和员工们的安全和消防安全,必须确保所有的紧急程序都被预演、落实和实施。
· Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.

· Ensure all Staff within the department work in a manner which is safe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to selves or others

· Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Internet and Email policy

· Ensure Hotel, Customer and Staff Information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.
