Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of HR &
Administration, the HR Supervisor Assist HR Associate Manager in charge of
recruitment, employee wages, employee benefits and other personnel issues.
He/she will help to promote employee satisfaction and ensure compliance with
local and federal employment and labor laws, and maintains the highest level of
standards in the luxury environment.
在人事行政总监的统一领导下,人力资源主管协助人事部长负责招聘、员工薪资、福利及其他人事部各项事务,协助促进员工的满意度,确保遵守地方雇佣和劳动法,达到在豪华环境里的最高满意度。

Ensure
hotel employment contracts are signed in line with hotel policy and government
law.

Monitor employee
attendance records, including employee leave statistic to ensure employee leave
application form, monthly attendance form and monthly employee overtime and
compensation summary form are consistent and correct and prepare respective
monthly reports.
跟踪员工的出勤记录,包括各类假期的统计,确保员工假单、月底考勤表、每月员工加班补休汇总表的统一并准备月度报告。

Ensure the

salary and wages related questions and other personnel requirement.
