PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

Monitor system use and security.
监控系统的使用和安全。

Apply system upgrades; update the software to
ensure we fight all viruses.
更新系统，更新软件以确保防治所有病毒攻击。

Analysis of system problems, rectify errors (seek
external assistance if required).
分析系统问题，纠正错误（在需要时寻求外部帮助）。

Monitor system procedures used, record in daily log
if necessary and revise where appropriate.
监控系统使用过程，在必要时记录在日志中，在需要的地方进行修改。
·
Compile monthly system performance reports.
汇编每月系统工作情况报告。

Monitor charges for hardware/software maintenance.
监控硬件/软件维护费用。

Maintain integrity of data on system, ensuring the
Daily Backup was completed successfully.
维持系统数据的正确可信，确保顺利。

Install new Front and Back office modules and
monitoring their progress. In addition, create the proper payroll format as required
by the bank。

Coordinating needs to Departments, i.e., reporting,
system use.

Conduct training either in groups or on the spot to
users.

Ensure adequate supplies of DP consumables (e.g.
ribbons, computer paper, etc.)
确保电脑外围设备消耗品的充分供应（如色带、电脑用纸等）。

Maintain adequate supplies of DP equipment (i.e.
serial numbers, make, model, what software is on each P.C., etc.).
保持所有电脑外围设备的详细日志（如序列号、来源、型号、安装程序等等）。
