Works with superior in the preparation and management of the
department’s budget. Duties include: Assists in coordinating the preparation of
the departmental annual budget and assists in monitoring and controlling
departmental cost on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget. And
assists in the preparation of the hotel strategic plan, goals program, and
Finance Departmental Budget.

Duties and
Supporting Responsibilities:
1.Oversees the Accounting department activities to ensure optimal
efficiency and performance of department.
2.Represents the Financial Controller in his/her absence.
3.Directs & Supervises Accounting department colleagues, including
accounts payable, accounts receivable, general cashier, income audit, credit and
payroll.
4.Performs General Ledger Review, assists in the analysis of financial and
management reports.
5.Prepare balance sheet reconciliations with appropriate supporting
documentation and submit to Financial Controller for review.
6.Monitors departmental internal controls and creates and implements
Operating procedures as necessary.
7.Ensures Compliance with Applicable Tax Laws; Supervises preparation and
review of tax & governmental reports and ensures any payment of monies
required on a timely basis.
8.Interviews, selects, trains, appraises, coaches, counsels and
disciplines accounting personnel according to Mandarin Oriental standards
9.Provides information and assistance to other colleagues with regard to
accounting functions.
Job Requested:
1.CA
certification would be an advantage.
2.Ideally with
a university degree or diploma in Finance or Accounting management
3.Minimum 3
years work experience as Assistant Director of Finance or Finance Manager in
other 5 stars hotel.
4.Able to
manage, train and motivate the team.
5.Good problem solving,
administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

8.按照文华东方标准对会计人员进行面试、选拔、培训、考核、指导、咨询和培训
9.为其他同事提供会计职能方面的信息和帮助
岗位要求:
1.有会计相关职称优先。
2.拥有金融或会计管理的大学学位优先。
3.至少3年及以上五星级酒店财务副总监或财务经理工作经验。
4.能够管理、训练和激励团队。
5.必须具备良好的解决问题、管理和人际交往能力。
