We are currently looking for a Tsuru Kitchen Demi Chef/Commis to join our Kitchen team.
As a Tsuru Kitchen Demi Chef/Commis, we rely on you to:
•Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri-La's service and hygiene standards
•Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly
•Assist Japanese chef to create new menu and recipe
•Assist to manage the overall kitchen operation
