Actively participate in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the hotel BD Revenue.

Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate FIT Transient, Permanent and Groups Rooms only.

Be responsible for all RFP and LNR accounts negotiation for hotel.

Assist the Director of Sales in the forecasting of rooms revenue and ADR for Corporate / FIT / Group Rooms Only / LSG (Long Staying Guests) groups.

Attend major travel functions and promotional C&C (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.

Update the Director of Sales on all the groups/contract negotiations progress.

Report to the DOS on potential markets needing coverage.

Conduct site inspections.

Highlight special project as CEO Gathering and knowledge of the CEOs of top accounts to be intensify.

Prepare a weekly sales and expense report to include proper set-up in sales account management system.

Maintain professional business confidentiality.
