Under the general guidance and supervision of the –Director of Business Development, implements all sales activities and maximizes hotel business opportunities. Also represents the hotel towards customers and business partners keeping in mind the result of further strengthening the brand image in Guangzhou. It is required that he/she, together with the team, develops further product knowledge of the hotel.在商务发展总监的监督和指导下实施销售活动，扩大酒店的商业机会。在对客户和对商业伙伴时，也代表酒店方，因此要将加强广州希尔顿品牌形象铭记于心。他/她必须带领团队，进一步加深对酒店产品知识。Minimum College Degree专科以上学历 At least 3 years working experiences in sales with knowledge in corporate and travel segment3年以上销售领域工作经验，熟悉企业和旅游板块Previous working experience in a hotel chain (local or international)有连锁酒店（当地和国际）工作经验Guangzhou or South China experience is a plus.有广州或华南地区销售经验者优先 Fluency in level of English and Mandarin中英文流利Additional language will be a plus but not necessary掌握第二门外语者优先Computer skills, Delphi will be an advantage熟练电脑操作，会Delphi系统者优先Preferably speaking Cantonese懂粤语者优先Good interpersonal skills, strong leadership and aptitude.良好的人际交往能力，具有领导能力Pleasant and out-going personality.个性外向，容易相处Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.适应高压独立工作Able to develop and train subordinates.能发展和培养下属Possess strong administration and management skills.具备优秀的行政及管理技巧
