Concierge Supervisor 礼宾部主管

Scope of Position
The Concierge Supervisor is responsible for supervising the concierge team and assisting them is providing the highest level of service to all guests and colleagues alike.  When the Chief Concierge is absent, the Assistant Chief Concierge will act in his/her capacity.
Requirements                          
University Graduate                   
3 years Work experience in a Shanghai hotel as Concierge Supervisor                           
Excellent overall communication skills
Able to multi task
The ability to work well in a team environment 
 Able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be professional and possess excellent presentation, communication, organization and effective time management skills
Must have a very strong knowledge of the restaurants, bars, nightclubs, theatres, shows and attractions in Shanghai
Flexible schedules and working hours; willingness to work weekends and holiday required.                          
Able to communicate written and spoken Mandarin and English Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality       
 
职责范围
需负责监督礼宾部团队并协助他们为所有客人和同事们提供最高水平的服务。当礼宾部经理不在时执行礼宾部经理的职责。

大学毕业
3年上海酒店礼宾部工作经验
良好的交流技巧
有能力处理多项工作和任务
可以在团队的环境里努力地工作
能够接受延长时间的工作
必须有优秀专业的沟通技巧，组织能力，有效的时间管理技能
必须十分了解上海的餐厅，酒吧，夜店，剧院，展览和著名景点
灵活安排工作时间，愿意在周末和节假日工作        
良好的中文和英文的说写能力
拥有友善和外向的性格
