销售经理

岗位职责：
1. Produce and pursue sales leads for the properties in the relevant country/region 在相关区域内开发和跟踪销售线索。
2. Maintain responsibility for and optimize the designated portfolio of accounts对所分配的客户负责。
3. Implement the agreed tactical sales plans that focus on market niches and segments identified in the marketing plan
执行制定的针对市场定位和市场细分销售策略。
4. Maintain close, frequent and open communications within and across properties on accounts and prospective customers
与本公寓及集团其他相关公寓保持紧密协调与沟通。
5. Site inspection – conduct whenever necessary and liaison with property operations 带客人参观公寓时，无论任何时候都必须与运营部门联系，并根据其操作程序进行。
6. Provide timely information flows in accordance with the required sales administration process根据销售管理程序，销售经理必须及时提供即时信息。
7. Monitor and develop assigned accounts to ensure the achievement of sales targets跟踪和开发被分配的客户以确证销售目标的达成。
8. Process all reservations and lease agreement in a timely and efficient manner 及时有效地为客人办理预订和处理租赁合同。
