Technician 综合维修工

Primary Responsibilities 主要职责：
· Be in charge of maintaining and repairing the equipments about electrician equipments, lightings, ductwork, central air-conditioning system, fire prevention system, furnishings, walls, etc.
· Be in charge of maintaining the machine equipments, such as dust collector, polishing machine, refrigerator, etc.
· Check and replace the lighting equipments, patrol according to the route, time, working content, if find problems, handle with in time.
· Install the machine equipments.
· Be in charge of maintaining the air-condition system, check, maintain and clean the new fan machine, ductwork, cooling tower, etc.
· Check and maintain the ductwork.
· Maintain the wood furniture.
· Be in charge of painting the wall and mending the wallpaper.
· Be in charge of hanging and installing the banner and AD outside, making kinds of properties for activities in hotel.
· 负责酒店用电设备、照明、管道系统、中央空调系统、消防系统、家具、墙壁等设施设备日常保养和故障处理工作。
· 负责酒店设施设备的专业维护、保养，如吸尘器、抛光机、电冰箱等。
· 检查与更换照明灯具，按每班规定的路线、时间、工作内容做好巡检工作，发现问题及时处理。
· 完成电气设备的安装。
· 负责酒店空调系统的专业维护，对新风机、风机盘管、冷却塔、接水盘等设备进行日常巡检和清洁、维护、保养工作。
· 完成酒店管道的巡检、维修、保养工作。
· 负责酒店木器家具的维修保养工作。
· 负责酒店墙纸的修补、翻新、墙壁的粉刷工作。
· 负责酒店室外横幅、广告的悬挂、安装工作，制做安装酒店各种活动的道具。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验：
· At least 2 years working experience.
· Master the basic knowledge of technology equipment.
· Healthy and energetic.
· 至少有2年相关工作经验。
· 须掌握岗位基础知识。
· 身体健康，精力充沛。
