Stewarding Team Leader 管事部主管

Under the direct supervision of the Chief Steward, responsible for supervising the ware washing activities of the Stewards under his shift, participates in the activities of his associates. 在管事部经理的直接监督下，负责监管管事人员在当班过程中餐具的清洗情况，并参与协助员工的工作。
- Supervise the steward in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and other areas of responsibilities during his shift. 监督管事部人员维持厨房区域和其他所负责区域的清洁，规整和卫生情况。
- Checks condition of dishwashing machine and its detergent dispenser and rinse additive injector makes hourly supervision of all kitchen areas. 检查洗碗机的工作情况以及清洁剂压出器和清洗添加器，做到对所有厨房区域每个小时的监督。
- Check the daily function sheet and make sure that the chafing dish and other kitchen equipment being prepared 检查每日宴会信息表确保保温锅和其他厨房设备及时准备。
- Reports to the Chief Steward or Assistant Chief Steward of daily accomplishment and daily losses and breakages. 向管事部经理/副经理汇报每日完成的工作和每日的破损情况。
- To work closely with other employee especially head section of each outlet /kitchen concerning distribution of operating equipment or kitchen utensil 与其他员工和其他部门的领导紧密合作，对运营设备和厨房用具合理分配。
