4. Ensure efficient and professional service, enhance product attractiveness to optimize financial performance of the department.
1、协助健身中心经理管理健身水疗及儿童乐园的日常运营
2、确保健身水疗及儿童乐园的运作符合集团运行标准
3、带领并培训团队，提升服务品质和顾客满意度
4、确保高效率和专业的服务，增强产品的吸引力，提升部门经营业绩
We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：
1. Minimum1 years working experience as an Assistant Health Club Manager
2. Experienced with fitness center equipment and operations
3. Creative and innovative thinking
4. Good presentation and communication ability
5. Willing to accept changes and challenges
1、1年以上国际品牌酒店健身中心副经理的工作经验
2、在健身设备使用及健身水疗中心运营方面有一定的经验
3、具有创意和创新思维
4、良好的表达及沟通能力
5、愿意接受挑战以及改变
