Responsibilities:

1) Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously

2) To accurately record, process the reservations in detail and maximize room sales through proactive selling activates

3) Maximize the successful conversion of potential customers on social platforms

4) Maintain old customers with naked heart and improve the return rate of old customers

Requirements:
所需资质
1) Good language skills in English spoken and written

2) Skilled in computer, Office software operation, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
