工作职责:
Job Description
1、 了解收益基本概念和度假村客源组成,并以此去评估本地客户和集团的生意,便于为未来价格设置和磋商提供数据;
Understand the basic concept of revenue and the mix of resort customers to evaluate the business of local customers and the group to provide data for future price setting and negotiation.
2、 留意竞争对手所有收入部门的定价,了解本地市场的动态和需要的产生,并推荐适当有关酒店定价和市场组合策略的行动给收入室工作团队;
Monitor competitor pricing in all revenue segments, understand local market dynamics and demand generation, and recommend appropriate actions to revenue team regarding hotel pricing and market mix strategy.
3、 熟练运用excel, ppt等办公软软,可以根据现有的excel及ppt公式/模板,独立完成工作所需要的数据报表及总结汇报等工作。
Proficient in excel, PPT and other office software, can independently complete the required data reports and summary reports according to the existing Excel and PPT formulas/templates.
4、 了解收益系统,如IDeaS的系统逻辑。熟悉PMS以及RMS系统的各种数据报表。
Understand revenue systems such as IDeaS 'logic. Familiar with PMS and RMS system data reports.
5、 熟悉渠道管理。
Familiar with channel management.
6、 良好的团队合作,及沟通能力。
Good teamwork and communication skills.
任职条件:
Qualification
1、1年以上同岗位工作经验;
At least 1 year working experience in the same position
2. 英语口语及书面表达能力优秀;
Excellent oral and written English
3、 具有同行酒店销售信息收集及分析能力
Ability to collect and analyze sales information of the same hotel
