Duties & Responsibilities岗位职责:
1. To supervise the Front Office daily operation during the shift.
当班时负责管理前厅部日常工作。
2. To proactive handle guest complaint, ensure follow up and resolve promptly.
积极配合处理客人的投诉,确保客人的投诉得到及时的跟进和解决。
3. Good coordinate with each department when the senior management and department head absent, make sure hotel operation smoothly.
在酒店高级管理人员和部门经理不当班时,协调各部门之间的配合,确保酒店正常运作。
4. Create a positive and highly motivated working environment that promote and develop teamwork.
创造积极和谐的工作环境以促进和发展团队精神。
5. Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors.
完成上级交代的其它任务。
Qualifications岗位要求:
1. College and above.
大专及以上学历
2. Good interpersonal and conmmunication skill.
良好的人际交往能力
3. Good guest interaction skills
与客人良好的互动能力
4. At least 3 years working experiences as the same position .
至少3年同等职位相关工作经验。
