ACCOUNTABILITY 职责
To
lead, supervise, assign and follow up the daily work activities, to ensure
that all work requests are attended without unduly delay and completed in
a professional and efficient manner.
服从领导管理分配和落实日常工作，保证所有工作都能及时，专业和高效完成。
To
ensure that all work requests are properly logged on the work request
logbook and it is updated appropriately at the end of each shift duty.
保证所有维修申请都详细记录在工作交接记录本上，在交班时必须及时更新工作完成情况。
To
maintain tools keys, maintenance equipment, parts and materials for
general repairs in guestroom, public and service areas properly.
要保证在对客房、公共区域进行一般性维修所需的工具和材料的充足。
To
report such abnormality to Asst. Chief Engineer attention.
即使发现不正常的运行情况并采取补救措施，将发现的问题汇报给副总工程师。
To
complete detailed shift hand over to the oncoming shift leader, both in
written and oral manner. The hand over should include all uncompleted and
still in progress work, all equipment that breakdown, status of work
request, backlog, working tools, pagers, parts and materials, etc.
交班时详细完成当班工作记录，进行口头和书面交班。交接工作内容包括未完成和正在进行的工作、发生故障的设备、维修工作完成情况、存货情况、工作用具、钥匙、零件和材料等。
To
perform all other duties as may be assigned by Chief Engineer, Asst. Chief
Engineer and Duty Engineers.
完成总工程师、副总工程师及值班工程师安排的其他工作。
Learn
professional knowledge seriously; know well with equipment structure and
system condition. Be responsible for daily maintenance and common
trouble-shooter of Air-conditioning equipment. Strictly stand by all the
Safety Operation Rules and Circuit Censorship for all equipment.
认真学习专业知识，熟悉设备结构及系统的情况，做到问题判断准确、及时处理。负责装修日常保养和一般性的检修工作，严格执行各种设备的安全操作规程和制度。
Assist
in the construction of exhibits and displays as assigned.
根据要求，配合其他部门进行加工制作。
To
make all architectural repairs to the building as per assignments or on
own initiative, ensuring all work meets the local codes.
按照工作分配或主动完成饭店维修工作，保证饭店设施达标。
QUALIFICATIONS
AND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求
High
school degree and above. Practical experience in the field of system pertaining
to hotel operation. Diploma in either Mechanical or fitment or equivalent.
高中以上学历。具有饭店装修的实际经验。具有机械或装修相关专业证书。
