工作描述：
Job Description:
1. 协助餐厅更好的与各个餐厅协作，保证整个部门顺畅运行，完成酒店的标准服务和达成酒店的商业目标。
To assist in the Outlet, contributing to the overall success of outlets in accordance with the hotel’s standards and financial goals.
2. 具备充足的菜单知识，能够向客人推荐和促销餐饮产品。
Knowledgeable in Food and Beverage, Able to up-sell and recommend food and beverage.
3. 处理客人关于食品和酒水方面的要求以及疑问。
Handle enquiries and require in food and beverage.
4. 与管事部、客房部和工程部保持良好的沟通，确保餐厅的整洁和保养。
Maintain communication with stewarding, housekeeping and engineering, Ensure restaurant clean and well maintained.
5. 能够对新员工和实习生进行培训。
Able to train the new coming associates and trainees.
任职资格：
Qualification：
1. 文化程度：大专及以上。
Education background: junior college or above.
2. 语言要求：普通话 – 发音标准。
Language：Good Mandarin pronunciation.
3. 较好的沟通能力，良好的计算机能力。
Good ability to communicate and good computer capacity.
4. 工作经验：有同岗位工作经验。（国际联号工作经验优先）
Work experience：similar position working experience.（work experience in international chain hotel as priority）
5. 具有食品酒水知识，熟悉食品卫生安全相关政策法律。
Knowledge of food and beverage, familiar with food security and cleanliness law.
6. 有强烈的上进心、责任感与团队合作精神，吃苦耐劳。
Strong aspiration，sense of responsibility and team spirit，hard – working.
