1.Be responsible for all mise-en-place and setup as instructed by your superior in a sense that reflects the highest standards of the hotel.

2.Serve or assist in serving food and beverage items to guests according to the departmental service flow and core standards.
根据部门服务流程和标准为客人提供或者协助其他工作人员为客人提供餐饮用品。
3.Provide a complete and satisfying experience to all guests in accordance to the service flow and core standards.
根据酒店服务流程和核心标准为客人提供一个完整并且令人满意的客户用餐体验。
4.Carry out weekly scheduled tasks as assigned by your superior.
完成上级指派的每周计划任务。
5.You are responsible for tracking and accomplishing all the purchase order, ensuring enough daily supply.
负责追踪和完成所有采购订单,确保足够的日常供应。
6.Maintain a good relationship with regular clients.
和固定客户保持良好的关系。
7.Handle guest complaints and solve them.
处理并且解决客户投诉。
