1. 向总经理提供专业的建议及行政上的支持,以达到酒店的战略目标。
Provides a professional, advisory and executive support to the General Manager in meeting strategic goals.
2. 参与开拓和实施酒店和部门的政策规定。
Participates in the development and implementation of policies and procedure for the department and hotel.
3. 在酒店指导方针指引下,协助总经理规划年度预算,制定市场战略及促销计划。
Plans and develops annual budget, marketing strategies and promotion plans with General Manager based on hotel and corporate guidelines.
4. 设定并达到酒店目标,销售及预算收入。
To set and meet hotel objectives, sales target and budgeted revenues.
5. 制定酒店价格策略及销售目标。
Establishes pricing strategies and sales targets for the hotel.
任职资格 Qualification
1. 具有至少五年国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotel.
2. 熟知销售系统并具有良好的沟通能力。
Fully versed in Sales System with high level of interpersonal skill.
3. 卓越的领导能力,善于管理并激励员工。
Excellent Leadership skills with ability to motivate and coach staff.
4. 对市场走势具有一定的分析和见解。
Ability and understanding of the market trend.
5. 妥善处理及回复客人需求。
Able to handle guest request and feedback in a professional manner.
