Quality Manager plays a very important role in quality
assurance and performs many different tasks; through information collection and
analysis to provide the departments with selective data; responsible for
developing quality programs so as to optimize procedure, increase productivity,
which will in turn to improve guest satisfaction in regard to the brand
standards and meet the company’s business objectives.
