Position Overview:

The SPA Receptionist main responsibility is to greet all guests that come to the SPA Reception passionately. Assist guests with appointments, paymenttransaction, provide general information, promote, selling of retail tomaximize the spa services and facilities. Proactive in delivering exceptionalservices to all guests request for everlasting memories.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS基本职责:
Operations 运营
1. Full working understanding of Spa Vision andMission, SOP(s)
完全理会水疗的愿景和使命,还有SOP运营操作标准
2. Schedule reservation in an attempt to maximizedaily utilization and revenues
安排客人的预订,试图最大化每日的利用率和收入
3. Perform the Spa Soft systems for reservation,cashiering and reports.
使用SpaSoft系统操作预订、收银和报表
4. Maintain an efficient check in and check outservice
保持高效率的理疗房登记和登出服务
5. Maintain the presentation quality and quantityof retail boutique display items
保持零售精品展示的数量和质量
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of spareception and retail boutique areas
保持工作间和精品零售区域的卫生清洁和物品的整齐摆放
7. Notify engineering with all maintenance need inthe spa
对于水疗的维护需要要及时通知工程部
8. Provide ESPA arrival guest journey according tostandard
根据标准为客人提供ESPA到达历程体验
SECONDAY FUNCTIONS其它职责:
Guest Satisfaction 宾客满意度
1. Provide continuous guest service andanticipation of guests’ needs
为客人提供持续性服务并且预测客人需要
2. Provide a professional, friendly demeanor toall guests and resort colleagues
为所有的客人和酒店同事提供专业和热情周到的服务
3. Maintain confidentiality of all guestinformation in Spa Soft.
保持SpaSoft系统中所有客人信息的保密性
Financial 财务业绩
1. Upsell spa treatments, retail items and spa membershipto achieve budget
向客人增销水疗项目、零售产品和水疗会员以到达预算
Administration 行政
1. Comply with the resort and departmentalpolicies and procedures
遵守度假酒店和部门的政策和程序
2. Assist spa team leaders withadministration reports
协助水疗主管的行政报告工作
3. Perform other duties assigned by the assistantmanager, Spa /supervision, Spa
完成水疗副经理/主管交代的其它任务

Education 学历: Senior highschool and above.高中及以上

Grooming 仪容仪表: All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well groomed appearance(specific standards available). 所有员工必须保持整洁干净的形象。
