Main Duty & Responsibility 主要工作职责内容
1) Ensure all employees awareness of HR Policies and procedures.
确保全体员工了解人力资源政策和程序。
2) Be responsible for maintaining security and confidentiality of personnel file.
负责和维护人事档案的安全与保密工作。
3) Update employee files according to information listed on respective Status Change on Action Forms.
根据人事变动表的信息及时更新员工档案。
4) Be responsible for checking the accuracy of monthly attendance for all departments.
负责审核各部门提交月度考勤报表准确性的工作。
5) Be responsible for checking the actual leave category as per monthly attendance from all departments and prepare monthly leave record summary and ensure that the accuracy of department data on hardcopy of monthly attendance which is consistent with HR System data.
负责审核各部门提交的月度考勤报表上实际已休假期类型的准确性,并制定月度假期类型汇总报表,以确保纸质月度考勤表的数据与系统数据一致的准确性。
6) Assist HRM to handle any case related to violation of disciplinary by employee.
协助人力资源部经理处理员工犯规违纪事宜。
7) Assist in handling and organizing employee activities such as Employee Engagement Survey, birthday party, annual party and so on.
协助组织员工活动,例如:员工满意度调查、员工生日会活动、员工晚会及等等。
8) Prepare the payroll of casual staff for Training Manager for further review. For any case inconsistent with casual labor standard, please make an investigation and communicate with the department head who hires casual labor.
准备临时工工资报表交给培训经理审核。若出现任何与用工标准不符的情况,须调查情况且与用工部门负责沟通此情况。
9) Prepare current month attendance record accurate data for HRM to prepare payroll for personnel movement for current month not limited to new hire, probation end and separation.
准备当月的考勤提交至人力资源部经理审核以便其准备当月异动人员的工资报表,不限于新入职、完成试用期及离职人员。
Job requirements职位要求:
1) College degree or above.
大专以上学历
2) 1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
1年的相关工作经验或同等教育文化和相关工作经验。
3) Fluent oral and written English.
流利的英语口语及书面沟通能力。
4) Strong computer skills and interpretation skills.
熟练的电脑和翻译技能。
5) Strong work ethic and self-disciplinary.
良好的职业道德、自律性强。
6) Good interpersonal and communications Skills.
良好的人际交往能力及沟通技能。
7) Good writing skills.
良好的写作技能。
8) Knowledge of Local Labor and Employment Regulations.
了解当地劳动法和就业条例。
