职位描述
招聘人数:1人
完成各自负责销售区域的宴会销售目标; 在宴会销售总监的监督下,履行酒店赋予的职责; 通过保持与其负责区域客户的联系来进一步提高酒店的知名度; 保存和更新销售记录; 监督下级员工按时完成当日所有工作
Responsible in achieving catering sales target objectives of his/her assigned area and business segments; To perform duties within the framework defined by the hotel as supervised by Director of Catering Sales; Represents and promotes the hotel by maintain constant contact with customer base of his/her responsibility through Customer Relationship Management;  Maintains and updates sales records manually and electronically regularly; Supervise subordinates to ensure all daily task are completed in a timely fashion.

Follow up guest needs in a professional, timely and reasonable way.
负责保证有关客人或运营事宜都反馈至客人意见中心区,并记入客人历史数据库。
centralized Guest Response area and are updated in all necessary Guest History databases.
熟知会议及宴会销售标准。
Be fully aware of Conference & Banquet Sales standards
维护及管理回头客的活动
Maintains and supervises activities for accounts with repeat business.
确定并跟进自己负责的的所有宴会生意  
Confirm & follow up own catering booking and business
达到并超越房间销售的预算期望
Achieves (exceeds.)budget expectations in rooms market segments
参加并主持宴会/会议销售及部门晨会
Attendance and leading of yield,  conference/banquet sales and morning meetings
