1. to assist sales team in conducting daily sales work to prospective customers of hotel, including proactive sales call, handling related inquires and site inspections, and distribution of hotel promotional information to target audiences;

2. recording sales and making hotel data base in system.

3. to assist and coordinate with operation department on the preparation for handover as well as the guest relationship management, in terms of benefits arrangement, customer profile update, follow-up with guests issues, etc.
协助并协调营运部门,做好客户关系管理,尤其是在利润安排、客户档案更新、客户情况跟踪等方面。
4. to assist DOS in administration management and customer profile update; be responsible for office management and provide necessary support to sales personnel in daily operations.

5. to assist sales team in updating all competitors on regular basis, as the comparable information for sales strategy setup / adjustment
