Primary Responsibilities主要职责
· Responsible for the implementation of weak current system: access control system, TV system, telephone system, monitoring system, conference sound system, background music system, BA system repair and maintenance.
· Follow up the meeting, party lighting, LED, audio debugging and follow up all kinds of banquet activities.
· Led by the Louvre facility management department and maintain all the weak current intelligent facilities of the Louvre and the hotel.
· Fill out the complete track record when on duty.
· Have the facilities serviced strictly as per the protective maintenance plan, and keep the track record.
· Keep all the equipment running in order. Make the machine neat, machine room clean and workshop tidy.
· Be of intensive consciousness of frugality. Be in charge of fireproofing, gauarding against theft and accidence, etc.
· 负责执行各项弱电系统：门禁系统、电视系统、电话系统、监控系统、会议音响、背景音乐系统、BA系统维修、保养工作。
· 跟进会议、宴会灯光、LED、音响调试并跟进各类宴会。
· 遵从罗浮宫集团设施管理部维保组工作安排，对集团及酒店所有弱电智能设施进行维护与保养。
· 负责填写当值时完整的值班记录。
· 根据预防性维修保养计划，认真完成各种设备的维修保养工作，并做好设备维修、保养的记录。
· 保证设备处于良好的运行状态，做到设备干净、机房干净、工作现场干净。
· 有良好的节能意识，负责防火、防盗、防事故等安全工作。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
· High school or above.
· 3 years or above experience in related work. in the area of recruitment at 4 or 5 star international hotels.
·With capability of communication and coordination.
· Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters.
· Well complete each work task designated at the above Job Responsibility.
· Must have education in basic accounting.
· 中专或以上学历。
· 三年以上国际品牌酒店相关工作的经验。
· 有较强的沟通协调和管理能力。
· 工作认真负责，作风正派，处事公正，有良好的素质。
· 能较好完成上述工作职责规定的各项任务。
