岗位职责/职位描述
1. Support the overall strategic management of the sales section by establishing effective working relationships with colleagues in all departments.
通过与其他各部门同事建立有效的工作关系,以此来支持销售部门的整体战略管理
2. Assist DOS to research, produce, gain agreement, implements and monitors the annual Revenue Plan in the room, banquet and sales administration segments.
协助销售总监研究、制订并达成相关协议,监督并执行客房、宴会等销售部的年度收入计划
3. Ensure that all revenue related systems are kept up to date with accurate information and all HI & HHC standards are complied fully.
确保系统里所有与收入相关的信息的及时性、准确性,并充分遵循集团标准
4. Implement and maintain selling procedures in room sales.
执行和维护客房的销售程序
5. Monitor, against agreed targets the performance of key accounts in conjunction with sales, reservations; and to participate actively in the ongoing management of key accounts.
根据制订的预算来与销售、预订部一起监管主要客户的需求量,并积极参与主要客户的管理
6.Develop individual skills and performance to the highest possible level through detailed performance reviews, coaching and training.
通过详细的绩效评估、指导和培训,将个人技能和绩效提升到最高水平
7. Maintain effective working relationships with national sales and revenue management functions to add value to the hotel’s commercial performance.
与全国其他酒店销售和收入管理部门保持有效的工作关系,为酒店的经营业绩增值
技能要求:
1.Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
具有代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
2.Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

3.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
