PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
·The duty
engineer is the principal when he is on duty, he is in charge of the basic
operation and maintenance work of Engineering department.
值班工程师当班时,是当班的负责人。负责工程部的基本运作及维修保养工作。
·Ensures that
hotel rules are followed and obeyed.
确保遵循酒店规章。
·Ensures punctual
attendance and adherence to duty schedules by all subordinate supervisors.
确保按时出勤并使所有下属主管都遵照值班表工作,根据总监要求巡查有关重要机房及公共区域。
·Ensures that
personal grooming and hygiene standards are being observed by doing spot checks
in the morning.
通过早上随时抽查,确保员工仪表卫生良好。
·Ensures all
engineering employees follow the Engineering Standards and Procedures as issued from time to time.
确保所有工程部员工遵循不定期发出的工程标准及程序。
·Responsible for
the proper organization and functioning of the energy management function of
the Engineering Department.
负责工程部门能源管理功能的适当的组织及实施。
·Analyses and
monitors energy costs and expenditures for the department.
分析并监督部门能源成本及费用。
·Maintains an
equipment and machinery record system for the property, do the hand-over work
in accordance with Langham Hotels Group rules.
保留酒店设备及机器记录,按朗廷酒店集团的规定做好交接班工作。
·Prepares on-duty
Log and conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational
requirements are known.
作好当班记录,进行交班情况说明以确保酒店情况及运营要求被告知给接班人。
·Recommends to
the Director of Engineering, new policies and procedures for a more economical
operation and maintenance program.
向工程总监建议新政策及程序以获取更经济的运营及维修保养方案。
·Participates in
the preparation of the annual engineering department budget.
参与年度工程部预算的准备。
·Provide unique
and high quality service for our guests forwardly. Interacts and cooperates
with Hotel guests and outside contractors as directed by his superior.
主动向酒店客人提供独特、高品质的服务。按其上级指令与酒店客人及外包商进行互动与协商。
·Cooperates and
communicates with other sections in the Engineering department.
与工程部内部的其它小组进行合作及交流。
·Interacts and
cooperates with other departments when necessary to provide additional or
specialized services for functions, promotions and festivities.
如有必要与其它部门进行互动及合作,为宴会、促销及活动提供额外及特殊服务。
·Assists in
Engineering contract analysis.
协助工程部合同分析。
·Assists every
concerned technician with maintenance and repair when required and carry out
trainings on rules, regulations, operation standards etc. for the subordinates.
必要时协助各工种进行维修保养工作,对所属员工做好行为准则技能操作规范等进行培训。
·Conduct on the
job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures and
maintains a record of progress for each staff member.
按部门标准及程序进行岗位培训,并为每一参加培训的员工建档。
·Provide input
for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company
guidelines.
按照集团指导方针进行员工在试用期及正式录用工作表现评估。
·Coach, counsel
and discipline staff in breach of hotel policies and departmental procedures,
providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
指导、建议并训练违反酒店政策及部门程序的员工,提出建设性反馈意见以提高工作质量。
·Recycles
where-ever possible and enforces cost saving measures to staff.
尽可能使用任何可被回收之物,并在员工中加强成本控制措施。
·Occupational
Health and Safety Responsibilities.

·Demonstrate
Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are
conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports
do the same.

·Log security
incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
按照酒店要求记录安全事故及事件。
·Be responsible
for uncompromising levels of cleanliness and creating a safe and accident-free
environment.
有责任坚持清洁标准并创造安全无事故的环境。
·Immediately
resolve guest problems.
对客人所遇到的问题负责并立即解决。
·Diagnose
problems and thoroughly analyses information to guide decision making.
诊断问题并全面分析决策导向的信息。
·Demonstrate
co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across
departments.
在同事、主管、团队人员及部门间显示出合作与信任。
·Communicate well
to ensure effective shift hand-over.

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
Education 教育学历
·Vocational Certificate
in Engineering or equivalent.
工程职业证书或相当的证书。
Language Skills 语言技巧
·Good Mandarin and English
language skills.
良好的普通话和英语技能
Job Skill/Knowledge 工作技能/知识
·Good communication and writing
skills.
良好的沟通和写作技能。
·Problem solving, reasoning,
motivating, organizational and training abilities.

·3 year of relevant experience or
an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3年相关工作经验,或具有与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
