市场销售协调员

1. 确保所有被分配的任务的有关帐目数据被经常地更新记录于电子的数据库系统。
Ensures that the relevant information of all allocated Accounts is being updated regularly in the record or electronic database system.
2. 当销售部副总监/ 销售部副经理 / 销售主管不在时，能回应所有的电话或者咨询, 确定数据 / 信息被正确地及时得到传递。
In the absence of the Associate Director of Sales / Sales Manager / Sales Executive, responds to all telephone calls or inquiries, ensures information / messages are accurately received and relayed to the managers concerned in a timely manner.
3. 任何时候都需要跟进处理销售经理分派下来的任务。
Follows up sales leads whenever required or assigned by the Sales Managers/ Executives.
4. 及时地准备, 编译而且分发给每人每周 / 每月的报告。
Prepares, compiles and distributes the weekly / monthly reports in a timely manner.
5. 经过电话联络和书面的沟通直接销售，间接提高酒店的曝光率。
Ensures a high level of exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation of telephone contact and written communications.
6.确保特殊活动 / 事件被正确地记录，与保存。
Ensures the activities / events Log book is being accurately maintained.
