Job Description
岗位职责
• Explain and promote all spa facilities, services and activities.
介绍和推广水疗所有的设施设备，服务和活动
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of spa services, programming and reservations.
熟悉所有相关水疗服务，推广活动和套餐设置
• Receive and manage all locker room supplies and equipment.
接收和管理更衣室所有物品和设备管理
• Continually strive to improve the service procedures and quality at the spa.
不断提高所有水疗服务流程和服务质量
• Provide all spa related activities to co-workers and Raffles Shenzhen members/guests.
提供和推荐深圳莱佛士会员／客人详细的活动推广和服务项目
• Follow spa attendant’s procedures in the spa policy/procedure manual.
遵循水疗服务流程标准和程序手册
• Maintain linen inventory to and from laundry on a scheduled basis.
每日在规定的时间内运送布草到洗衣房，并从洗衣房领回干净的布草。
• Direct Members/Guests to appointments and assist them in every way possible.
引导会员/客人做预约，尽可能给他们提供帮助。
