· Ensure highest level of service in F&B Outlets by effectively responding
to complaints

· Maintain and control inventory of outlet/restaurant equipment and ensure
that inventory is kept clean and in good shape

· Assume regular responsibility for shift managerial duties, especially
with VIP functions

· Ensure hygiene standards and relevant health and safety regulations are
