· Assist Assistant Manager in conductingdaily shift briefings to update and disseminate relevant information to In-RoomDining talents

· Assist in talent’s development,counselling and resolving of talent conflict

· To report any complaints, incidents or anyother irregularities to the Management
向管理层汇报所有投诉事件,工作情况或者其他违规行为
· Ensure proper maintenance of operating equipmentas well as service and storage areas
确保操作设备,服务和存储区域的维修
· Help minimize waste, breakages andmishandling of supplies and equipment

· Carry out light cleaning and maintenanceof the pantry area

· Monitor quality of products and servicesin every single In-Room Dining order

· Attend all meetings and training asrequested by In-Room Dining Management

· Conduct training for all talent asassigned by In-Room Dining Manager

· Assist in managing talents’ performanceappraisals and performance logs

· Handle cash following established andproper Accounting procedures
按照规定的财务程序管理现金
· Carry out any other duties as and whenassigned by the Management of the Hotel
完成酒店管理层安排的其他工作
· Assist other Food & Beverage Outletsin their operations during peak hours if needed
