· Supervise In-Room Dining operations tomaintain service standard
监督和管理送餐部的运作,坚持服务标准
· Assist management by creating weeklyduty rosters
协助每周的排班
· Handle guests complaints promptly andcourteously and ensure follow-through
及时和礼貌地处理客人投诉并确保跟进
· Check on talents discipline, groomingstandards and punctuality
检查人才的纪律,仪容仪表和考勤
· Check on guest satisfaction and properhandling of feedback and follow-up
调查客人满意度妥善处理投诉并跟进
· Assist Assistant Manager in conductingdaily shift briefings to update and disseminate relevant information to In-RoomDining talents
协助副经理召开每个班次班前例会更新并向送餐部人才传达相关信息
· Assist in talent’s development,counselling and resolving of talent conflict
帮助人才发展,协调和解决人才冲突
· To report any complaints, incidents or anyother irregularities to the Management
向管理层汇报所有投诉事件,工作情况或者其他违规行为
· Ensure proper maintenance of operating equipmentas well as service and storage areas
确保操作设备,服务和存储区域的维修
· Help minimize waste, breakages andmishandling of supplies and equipment
帮助减少浪费,破损和物资与设备的不恰当使用
· Carry out light cleaning and maintenanceof the pantry area
完成照明设备的清洁和工作间的维修
· Monitor quality of products and servicesin every single In-Room Dining order
监督每个房间送餐的产品和服务质量
· Attend all meetings and training asrequested by In-Room Dining Management
根据送餐部经理的要求参加所有会议和培训
· Conduct training for all talent asassigned by In-Room Dining Manager
按照送餐部经理的安排对所有人才进行培训
· Assist in managing talents’ performanceappraisals and performance logs
协助评估人才的工作表现
· Handle cash following established andproper Accounting procedures
按照规定的财务程序管理现金
· Carry out any other duties as and whenassigned by the Management of the Hotel
完成酒店管理层安排的其他工作
· Assist other Food & Beverage Outletsin their operations during peak hours if needed
必要时在高峰期内协助其他餐厅的工作
