Ensures that an efficient and accurate
filing system, both manual as well as electronic is maintained at all times (Delphi).
§ 建立一个有效的Trade
File确保所有预定的生意已经彻底的追踪
Establishes
an efficient Trade File to ensure that all business booked is properly tracked.
§ 快速周到地处理客人及员工询问,出现投诉及其他问题要及时汇报。如果没有快速的解决办法,要确保及时必要的跟进
Handles
guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and reports
complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found. Ensures that the
necessary follow-up is conducted in a timely manner.
§ 运用Dephi数据信息考量并设定目标客户。电话销售介绍酒店的设施和服务,以期增长酒店的市场占有份额
Pre-qualifies and targets Key Accounts,
utilising the Delphi database. Does telephone
sales solicitation and introduction of hotel facilities to increase Hotel’s
market share.
§ 与销售团队合作协助接待已确定的宴会
Coordinates confirmed events with the
Sales team.
§ 在会议前和结束后与组织者会面,确保所有安排的顺利进行
Meets
up with organiser before, during and after the event to ensure that everything
runs smoothly.
§ 时刻代表凯悦的管理团队和凯悦国际的形象
Exercises responsible behaviour at all
times and positively representing the hotel and Hyatt International.
§ 适应由行业,公司和酒店提出的关于市场销售部门的职能变化
Responds to changes in the Sales &
Marketing function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
§ 阅读酒店员工手册,理解并遵守酒店规章制度,特别是关于防火,卫生及安全的方针和程序
Reads
the hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the
hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures
relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
