Assist the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager to plan, organize and direct all processes of the outlet to ensure the outlet provides quality Food and Beverage service that is consistent with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and achieves maximum revenue and profit in line with the budget and forecast.

Adheres to standards and procedures within his operation and ensures that all colleagues activities support the Atlantis Quality Standards

Provides hands-on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure the highest levels of dining service and courtesy are provided to guests.
