机修及厨修技工 Technician, Machine & Kitchen

Job is to perform routine and extensive range of work in the repair and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment under general supervision. They execute work within established procedures, P&P and SOPs

Key Duties and Responsibilities 主要义务和职责
Reports to Supervisor and Manager and performs tasks and assignments as is necessary.
向主管/副经理汇报日常工作并按要求完成任务
Maintains all kitchen and laundry equipment as well as other related equipment in this area
负责所有厨房和洗衣设备以及其他相关设备的维护
Carries out preventive maintenance as per laid down guidelines and manual.
按要求执行预防性维护工作
To be fully aware and carry out healthy and safe practices at all times
工作期间严格执行健康安全标准的规章制度
Must perform shift coverage as requested to do so
按要求履行倒班政策.
Becomes Familiar with the total layout of all kitchen area.
熟知楼体厨房区域整体布局. 
Should understand the contractual terms and perform accordingly.
履行合同中所签岗位职责并严格遵守.
Should be aware about the company HSE procedure.
熟知了解公司的 HSE制度
Other duties as allocated

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements  
技能、经验和教育要求 
Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical or Electronics.
拥有机械电力相关证书
Strong Background Preventative and Reactive Maintenance
拥有丰富的预防性的维护经验.
Experience of Food Hygiene Implications and Materials suitable for Kitchen equipment use
了解食品卫生要求和厨房所用设备材料规格
Experience and Training on Gas LPG Pressure Systems
拥有天然气液化石油气系统操作的培训经验
Willing to assist others and good communication skills 
乐于助人及良好的沟通技巧
Trained in Kitchen Plant and Equipment and Controls 
拥有厨房内设备和控制安全使用方法的培训经验
