Job Purpose
工作目的
Provide uninterrupted supporting service to the ICT systems of the hotel.
在电脑房经理领导下保证酒店的电脑系统为所有部门提供尽可能的不间断服务。
KEY RESULT AREAS
主要工作职责
1.
Ensure that all
preventive maintenance for the ICT equipment’s in the hotel is carried out
timely.
尽力保障所有的故障系统或设备能够及时地维修和恢复运行。
2.
Properly use and
keep all devices and tools of the ICT department.
合理使用和保管电脑房的各种设备和工具。
3.
Administer the ICT
system back up procedures.
按流程做好电脑系统的数据备份。
4.
Perform any problem
shooting in any ICT systems and report to ICT Manager timely.
及时发现电脑系统中存在的问题并向信息通信技术部经理汇报。
5.
Assist other
departments to train their employees in the effective use of any ICT systems.
帮助其他部门对其员工进行培训使之能够有效地使用电脑系统。
6.
Be fully aware of
the hotel’s policies and procedures and adhere to them.
完全理解和执行酒店的政策和程序。
7.
Have a complete
understanding of the hotel’s policy relating to fire, safety and health.
完全理解酒店的火警、安全和健康的政策。
8.
Have a complete
understanding of the hotel’s employee handbook and adhere to the regulations
contained therein.
完全理解酒店的员工手册并遵照其中的规章执行。
