主要工作职责
1.
Be managed and obey

Be responsible for
the management of the department in each class, at the job area, to check all
the posts and to find the problem in time, offer a solution to the manager on
the ideological work dynamic.
负责对部门各班的管理工作，巡视各岗位区域，检查各岗位记录，对发现问题要及时提出解决的办法，并向经理汇报员工的思想工作动态

By the department of
the work procedures to assist the manager for a good hotel safe job and the
security guard of vip guests
按部门制定的工作程序，协助经理作好酒店安全工作及”VIP”客人的接待安全保卫工作
4.
Training of security
guards business knowledge, so that the work reach the hotel requirements and
service standards.
培训保安员业务知识，使之到达酒店所规定的工作要求和服务标准；

Check the status of
their security staff attendance, appearance instrument to meets requirements;
检查所属保安人员的出勤状况、仪容仪表是否符合要求；

manager leadership, presided over the daily work of the Security Ministry, in
charge of supervision of security personnel to complete the work seriously to
develop security department scheduling program; arrangements for staff overtime
compensatory leave, to master each class in a timely manner to report to the
manager;
在保安部经理的领导下，主持保安部的日常工作，督导保安人员认真完成分管工作，制定保安部排班计划；安排好员工的加班补休，掌握各班情况及时向经理汇报；

and staff reported missing cases, and accidents on major cases reported to the
leadership and the public security organs in a timely manner, while protecting
the scene, with the public security authorities do survey work;
协助保安部经理处理店内发生的各类安全事故，受理住店客人及员工报失案件，对重大案件和责任事故要及时上报领导和公安机关，同时保护好现场，配合公安机关做好调查处理工作；
