监控员/保安员 Security Guard

Job Purpose:
工作目的
Carefully observe the
hotel’s CCTV Surveillance system, and timely detect and report abnormal situations
and suspicious personnel in the hotel.
认真观察酒店闭路电视监控系统，及时发现并报告酒店内的异常情况和可疑人员。
KEY RESULT AREAS
主要工作职责
1.
Salute for vehicles
and guest entering and leaving the hotel
对进出酒店的宾客车辆和管理层人员执行敬礼制度
2.
Follow assignments,
to ensure the absolute safety of the jurisdiction
服上级分配任务，确保所管辖区域的绝对安全
3.
To maintain the
normal order of the door and around to protect the doors and the smooth flow of
road surrounding Areas.
维护大门及周围的正常秩序，保障大门及周边区域大路的畅通；
4.
Greeting for the
visitors prompt and courtesy, and asked out the reasons for visiting and
entering the hotel,
迅速而礼貌向来访者或进入酒店者行礼问候，并问明来访和进入酒店的原因
5.
Responsible for
receiving visitors and visitors, the visiting officers, should contact the
respondents, the respondents agreed to be placed after, to allow visitors to
notify reception processing, do not allow persons prohibited from entering, and
make the appropriate register
负责接待来访人员和参观人员，对来访人员，应联系被访者，被访者同意后方可放入，对允许的参观人员，通知前台处理，不允许者禁止进入，并作好相应登记；

Prohibit the hotel
staff to wear civilian clothes and related marks entry into the hotel business

禁止酒店员工穿便服及相关标志的人员进入酒店营业区域；

assist Security
Manager to deal with all types of accidents occurring inside, receiving guests
and staff reported missing cases, and accidents on major cases reported to the
leadership and the public security organs in a timely manner, while protecting
the scene, with the public security authorities do survey work;
协助保安部经理处理店内发生的各类安全事故，受理住店客人及员工报失案件，对重大案件和责任事故要及时上报领导和公安机关，同时保护好现场，配合公安机关做好调查处理工作；

prohibited from the main entrance and out (except in special circumstances)
酒店员工、维修施工人员、绿化人员、送货人员禁止从正门进出（除特殊情况外）；
