Job Purpose:
工作目的
To assist the Personnel Manager by ensuring that all clerical and administrative functions are completed in a timely and accurate manner according to departmental procedures.
协助人事副经理确保所有行政事务工作根据部门流程及时准确地完成。
KEY RESULT AREAS
主要工作职责
1. Interview line associates.
员工招聘面试。
2. Transact the associates’ entry and exit procedure.
办理员工入职、离职手续。
3. Responsible for preparing contracts for associates.
负责员工的合同签订,续签、变更。
4. To ensure that all documentation is completed accurately for all new hire employees.
确保所有新入职员工的资料齐全。
5. To ensure that all personnel files and records are complete, accurate and current.
确保所有人事档案及记录完整、准确及更新。
6. Updated personnel action in Personnel management system including promotion, demotion, completed probation, salary adjustment, etc.
负责人事管理系统的人事变动,包括升职、降职、完成试用期、薪金变动等。
7. Check and verify associates’ benefits ( reimbursement, complimentary accommodation)
准确无误地审核员工福利(报销、免费住房)
8. Conduct exit interviews for JG 1-2 and provide feedback on reasons for turnover.
执行1-2级员工离职面谈并提供员工离职原因的反馈。

· Excellent local and English language skills.

· Ability to perform clerical duties
