Job Purpose:

according to the established standards.

1. Cooks, prepares and
bakes food for associates as per the standard recipes
根据烹饪标准为员工准备、烹饪及烘焙食物
2. Guides subordinates
in the preparation and presentation of dishes
指导下属准备及摆放器皿
3. Follows the
outlined standard and procedures precisely.
严格遵守规定的标准及程序
4. Maintain high
standards of personal hygiene, grooming and presentation.
保持高标准的个人卫生、穿着、制服
5. Ensures correct and
safe use of all equipment, machinery and tools.

6. Always maintains
high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen,
storage, fridges and
freezers.

7. Makes sure that all
food items are received, checked and stored correctly

8. Ensures that all
the kitchen equipment is in good working order and reports any faults or damage
