Position Duties
1. Master the guest situation and catering activities of the day.
2. Participate in the work of the front desk. Identify and report problems in the work.
3. Master the important guests who arrive and leave the store on the same day, and return to the guests.
4. Prepare registration form, key card and so on before guests arrive at the store to ensure that the check-in procedure is convenient and fast.
5. Maintain good communication with hotel guests to understand their preferences and preferences, and assist guests to solve difficult problems.
6. Do a good job of daily telephone calls to hotel guests, collect guest opinions and take follow-up measures in a timely manner and reflect to their superiors.
7. Receive and welcome guests who leave the shop at the front desk and lobby and on the business floor.
8. Assist guests staying on the business floor to check in and leave the shop.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 1 year working experience in the same position, good English communication skills.
2. Have good service consciousness, team work spirit and good communication, coordination and adaptability.
3. Pay attention to detail, have a sense of responsibility, dare to bear responsibility, strong executive power.
4. Self-motivated and good learning ability and compressive ability.
5. Love the hotel industry.
