To engage in
service ensuring that guest satisfaction objectives within the outlet are
achieved by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service as per the
standards of performance and training provided.

KEY RESULT AREAS
主要工作职责
1.
To execute all
mise-en-place duties and responsibilities as directed, on time, according to
the predetermined standards.
依照标准及要求及时有效的进行所有准备性工作。
2.
To engage in service
delivery as per the predetermined standards and sequence.
按照指定的服务标准及流程从事准备工作。
3.
To have thorough
knowledge of products and to be able to respond to guest inquiries.
熟悉产品并能够正确的回应客人的需求。
4.
To ensure that
guests expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and
attentive service
以高效,友好,切实的服务达到并超越客人的期望。
5.
Checks and collects
supplies from the stores according to hotel procedure
按程序检查所需货品,收货。
6.
Maximizes revenue in
the outlet by implementing upselling procedures
通过实践产品推销技巧实现利润最大化。

Helps maintain the recreation/Kids
Club in top physical condition.
使娱乐中心/儿童俱乐部环境保持在最佳状态。
8.
Helps maintain
standards of cleanliness by carrying out front and back of house cleaning
duties as directed
