Senior Sales Manager 高级销售经理

岗位职责:
1. Maintaining and increasing sales of the hotels;
维护和增加旗下酒店的销售；
2. Reaching the targets and goals set for the Sales & Marketing;
通过市场的各种渠道增加商业机会；
3. Setting sales target for individual Sales & the team as a whole;
建立个人区域销售和整个团队销售目标；
4. Developing sales strategies and setting targets;
发展销售战略和建立战略目标；
5. Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach target;
监控团队绩效和激励他们达到目标；
6. Compiling and analyzing sales figures;
编辑和分析销售数据；
7. Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts;
可能会处理一些重要的客户账户；
8. Collecting customer feedback and market research;
收集客户反馈和市场调研；
9. Assist Area DOSM to develop the S & M Plan + Budget;
帮助区域市场销售总监完成市场销售计划和预算；
10. Keeping up to date with products and competitors;
产品和竞品资讯更新；
11. Consolidate weekly & monthly report.

任职资格:
1. Graduated from University, major in Hotel Management;
大学毕业于酒店管理专业；
2. Good command in English skills;
英语口语及书面能力俱佳；
3. 4 years or above relevant working experience
4年以上相关工作经验；
4. Be a results-oriented, self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision;
工作主观能动性强；
5. Enjoy a record of achievement in a previous sales position;
在销售岗位拥有良好的销售业绩；
6. Possess superior organizational skills.
