餐饮部主管培训生 F&B Supervisor in Training

The F&B Supervisor-in-Training Program of Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou aims to identify and cultivate fresh graduate with high potential to be equipped with the capabilities as a Captain. It is a 12 months program, Candidates may apply in their final year of university/colleage studies. Candidates will be evaluated when apply for this program based on the criteria of a Captain and enjoy the Captain's salary when hired. Successful candidates will be promoted as Supervisor after program.

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work.
