•To assure guest laundry quality by frequent quality spot checks
通过频繁的质量抽查向客人保证洗衣质量
•To coordinate and supervise all laundry operations
协调和监督所有的洗衣工作
•To ensure that cleanliness, maintenance and hygiene are meeting at all times Kempinski standards

•To ensure availability of necessary chemicals and equipment

•To be familiar with Kempinski Guests service programs
熟悉凯宾斯基对客服务章程
•To handle guest complaints according to standard and procedures
根据标准和程序处理客人投诉
•To be in charge of all departmental training activities
负责部门的所有培训活动
•To elaborate all departmental training plans
精心制作部门所有的培训计划
•To train, develop, guide and motivate all laundry employees
培训、发展、引导和激励所有洗衣房员工
•To cooperate with other departments if so required

•To prepare the weekly work schedules and to ensure that presence lists are signed

•To assist in departmental meetings as well as all supervisory training sessions if so required

•To make all efforts to reach the annual budget

•To assist in inventories and stock takes

•To prepare all used linen to be discarded

•To assure that all machines, equipment and chemicals are used in an appropriate manner

•To be informed of all activities and events taking place in the hotel and to assist in their promotion

•To suggest means to reduce cost without reducing quality or standards of the hotel

•To economize on water, energy and chemical consumption as much as possible

•To inform immediately his/her supervisor and the maintenance department of all technical malfunctioning

•To be perfectly aware of all procedures concerning safety and security in the hotel

•To be fully conversant with and act legally according to all measures regarding fire safety, security, hygiene, safety and employment

•To act at all times according to hotels rules and regulations

•To support actively the hotels environmental projects

The Laundry Manager fulfills their role as a Talent Development Ambassador when:

•They support and initiate transfer, cross exposure and task force assignments for their team.
