Main Responsibilities 主要职责:
1.Shift closing is done properly
确保班次的正常运行
2.Plan and instruct the receptionist on daily reception of arriving /departing.
计划并指导接待员对每天预抵/预离客人的接待工作。
3.Coordinates and monitors the work of direct subordinates and verifies that all receptionists are well groomed in order to ensure clients' satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
协调并管理下属,确保他们展现出专业的服务和规范的仪容仪表。
4.Carry out training for new employees and on the job training. Motivates staff to bring about excellent performance.
为新员工制定培训计划并做岗位培训,并使在工作中有卓越表现。
5.Liaise and coordinate with various departments to ensure all information on guests are accurate.
与各部门保持协作联络,确保为客人提供正确的信息
6.Supervise all cashier work of subordinates. Check all billing instructions and guest credit for accuracy. Follow up and resolve related issues.
监督下属的收银财务事项。检查所有客人账单的准确性,跟进相应需要解决的问题。
Job Profile 任职资格:
1.Luxury Hotel Experiences,knowledge of hotel products and services.
豪华酒店工作经验,熟知酒店产品和服务。
2.Good Communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
3.Operational knowledge of front desk operations
熟知前台操作知识。
4.Knowledge of hotel operations & Computer systems.
熟知酒店运营和电脑知识,
5.Advanced knowledge of Opera.
熟练使用Opera系统。
