Under the general direction of the Loyalty Manager and within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group local policies and procedures, To be responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest possible level of guest recognition & goodwill between Hotel and it's guests, Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service of the InterContinental Hotels Group and the brand ethos 按照洲际酒店集团标准，在忠诚客户经理领导下，尽最大可能地建立和维护酒店和宾客之间的良好关系。围绕信任、廉政、尊重，团队和服务五项核心价值，增强员工的工作氛围，发扬洲际团队合作精神。
职位资格和技能
Qualifications – 学历
•Diploma in Hotel Management or related field. 酒店管理相关专业的大专学历。
Required Skills – 技能要求
•Good English and Chinese listening and speaking skill 良好的中英文听说技能
