1、To direct and manage the daily operating function of all operating departments ; Front Office , Housekeeping, Engineering , Security , Spa, according to the required hotel quality standards, always ensuring the hotel operating procedures are applied and a high standard of guest experience is achieved.
指导和管理各运营部门的日常运营职能：包括前厅部，客房部，工程部，安防部，水疗部，按照酒店要求的质量标准，始终确保酒店的操作程序的实施和高标准的客人体验。
2、To train and develop the operating departments, and devise and implement new operating procedures according to the requirements of the hotel, to achieve a smooth and efficient hotel operation, according to the instruction of the General Manager.
根据总经理的指示培训和发展运营部门，并根据酒店的要求制定和实施新的运营程序，以实现酒店顺利和高效的运行。
3、To meet and improve upon all agreed financial targets within the Operation department.
完成并改善其管辖运营部门内所有商定的财务目标。
4、To represent the hotel management in front of all guests and Government officials, and to constantly inform the General Manager of any developing situation which could affect the hotels performance or reputation, and develop and create solution before problems arise.
在所有客人和政府官员面前代表酒店管理层，不断向总经理汇报任何可能影响酒店业绩或声誉的发展情况，并在问题出现前制定解决方案。
5、Act on behalf of the general manager in their absence.
在总经理因休假、出差等缺席情况下，代理履行总经理的职责。
岗位职责：
1、Fluent English, a second language for where the residing hotel country will be an advantage.
英语 – 优秀，书写及会话。
2、Some operational background such as Room or F&B knowledge.
一线运营背景，如房务或餐饮知识。
