【岗位职责】
当班时管理前厅部工作并提供对客服务,在酒店高级管理人员和部门经理不当班时担任值班经理。在所有服务区域支持侍者服务理念并确保正确的对客服务。
To supervise the Front Desk staff and other required sections and activities during the shift and handle guest relations and other requests. Act as Duty Manager in the absence of senior management and department heads. Support Butler Service Concept in all areas of service and assistance to ensure proper deliver of all guest request.responsible for training and development of all ambassadors working for the Front Office.
