岗位职责
DUTIES
1、负责办理员工的入职和离职手续;
Responsible for the entry and departure procedures of
employees;
2、负责员工更衣柜钥匙的发放,并管理员工更衣室;
Responsible for staff locker key distribution, and
management of staff locker room;
3、负责员工ID卡发放,做到准确无误;
Responsible for employee ID card issuance, so that
accurate;
4、制作员工个人档案;
Make employees' personal files;
5、更新人事档案数据库资料;
Update personnel file database information;
6、负责部门各类单据文件的收发、存档、草拟、打印及传递;
Responsible for sending and receiving, archiving, drafting,
printing and delivery of various documents;
7、加班及补休记录的核对、员工绩效成绩的核对及录入;
Check overtime and compensatory leave records, check and
input employee performance;
8、考勤系统的维护及更新;
Maintenance and update of attendance system;
9、负责安排、准备、提醒总监的日常会议及行程;
Responsible for arranging, preparing and reminding the
director of daily meetings and schedules;
10、负责领取及管理人力资源部的文具、书籍、仪器、设备、固定资产等;
Responsible for receiving and managing stationery, books,
instruments, equipment and fixed assets of the human resources Department;
11、协助人员招聘工作、面试接待工作。
Assist personnel recruitment, interview and reception work.
岗位要求
REQUIREMENTS
1、具有良好的沟通、分析和管理能力;
Has good communication, analytical and administrative skills;
2、善于与人互动;
Enjoys interacting with people;
3、懂得电脑操作,能较熟练地进行中英文打字;
Understand computer operation, can be more
proficient in Chinese and English typing;
4、有一定的写作能力和应变处理问题的能力;
Have a certain writing ability and the
ability to deal with problems;
5、有责任心、严守机密,认真仔细,讲求实效、身体健康、精力充沛、五官端正。
